This frame popped up on my new camera .Took the one photo and it disappeared. Still can't find it. Another strange day?????

What do you mean, popped up? It just appeared from nowhere? That's odd for sure.
I was trying to macro-I guess I pushed the wrong button-Didn't have my glasses, anyway now I can't find it or my operating manual!
