Happy Birthday America!! We had early fireworks at the lake tonight. A few other places in the area also had fireworks. We had the best seat in the house- our upper deck! I haven't been up on the deck for about 6 months. I couldn't see to set my camera in the dark , so this is what I captured. I think they are pretty neat! Click on any of the photos and see the details. Even though they are out of focus, they make for an interesting look.

I always dreamed of having a house where I could sit up high and see the fireworks! How perfect! Now I am too old to think of stairs! LOL
When I was much younger, and more limber, I used to crawl up on top of the house to watch all the fireworks... We were situated in between three different yearly displays and it was always a huge amount of fun. When I was a kid, we always went to the lake and sat outside on a blanket with a picnic basket... your pics are great!
